Karen Blakey

Karen Blakey is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Intellectual Property Ontario, with previous experience at NexJ Systems as the Director of People & Culture. Karen also worked as a Talent Lead at George Brown College and held various roles in talent management and HR at Questrade Financial Group and RBC Royal Bank. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and has completed certificates in Project Management and Human Resources.
