Bill Childs

Bill Childs is an experienced operations and proposal manager with a robust background in technical writing and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Intellectual Ventures since January 2014, Bill has previously held significant roles including Proposal Development Manager at B.E. Meyers and Opportunity Editor Producer at Volt Information Sciences, where responsibilities included identifying and capturing multimillion-dollar contracts. Bill's extensive career also encompasses positions as Proposal Manager at Microvision, EDS, Childs Publishing Resources, and The Boeing Company, where expertise in leading proposal submissions and managing complex RFP opportunities was developed. Bill holds a degree from Western Washington University.
