Ed Baisa

Ed Baisa is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT systems and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Systems and Technology Group at Intellectual Ventures since September 2010, Ed contributed significantly to the company’s growth during its start-up phase. Previous roles include Director of IT Operations, Client/Server Engineering Manager, and Systems Engineer III at Premera Blue Cross, where Ed played a key role in implementing critical technologies. Additional experience includes positions at LexisNexis Courtlink, Excell Data Corporation, and Microsoft Corporation, where Ed developed deployment tools, led strategic implementations, and managed crucial projects. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and an Associate degree in Music from Columbia Basin College.
