Maggie Maita

Maggie Maita is an experienced financial executive with a robust background spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Intellectual Ventures since June 2011, Maggie previously held the position of DVP Internal Audit at Eddie Bauer, where Maggie established the internal audit and SOX compliance function for the company. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and CFO of KP HealthConnect at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing a $3.2 billion electronic medical records project, and leading a 65-person internal audit team as Vice President of Internal Audit Services. Maggie's career began at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Senior Manager, developing expertise in financial reporting and internal controls across various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University, as well as advanced studies at Stanford University and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
