Ashley Burrough has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in the education sector, including positions at Intellectus Statistics, North Carolina State University, High Point University, Florida Atlantic University, East Carolina University, and other organizations. Notable roles include their current position as Partnership Development Manager at Intellectus Statistics, where they are responsible for building relationships with partners and managing the sales process. Previously, they served as the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment, Enrollment & New Student Engagement at North Carolina State University, where they developed strategic plans to recruit and enroll diverse groups of students. Ashley has also held roles such as Student Engagement and Life Skills Coach at High Point University and Associate Director at Florida Atlantic University, where they were responsible for admissions and recruitment. Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated strong skills in database management, strategic planning, and implementing technological solutions to improve workflow and achieve organizational goals.

Ashley Burrough's education history begins in 2004 when they attended East Carolina University. Ashley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Broadcast Journalism in 2008. In 2009, they pursued further education and enrolled at Nova Southeastern University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel with a specialization in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Ashley's education journey continued in 2021 when they sought additional qualifications. Ashley first obtained a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education Management at Hampton University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
