Richard Keyte

Richard Keyte has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richard started their career in 2000 as a CFO and Executive Manager at Keyte Corp Pty Ltd, where they provided project and strategic support to businesses and managed over 160 strata titled properties. In 2012, they joined Port of Hastings Development Authority as a Chief Financial Officer, where they played a critical role in the senior executive team and oversaw recruitment and the establishment of core capabilities for the Authority.

Following this, Richard worked at The South Melbourne Trader as a Restaurateur in 2015, focusing on growing the business and sourcing quality fresh ingredients. Richard then worked as a Strata Business Consultant at Strata Fit, helping strata managers improve their business processes and profitability.

Richard's career also includes roles at Clublinks Pty Ltd, where they served as a Communities Manager and later as a General Manager - Communities. Richard also worked at McDonald Strata Pty Ltd as a State Manager Victoria and at NSW Strata Management & BCS Epping as a Deputy Branch Manager.

Currently, Richard is employed at Urbanise as a Senior Business Development Manager - Strata.

Richard Keyte completed a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management at the Australian College of Professionals in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a CPA degree at CPA Australia from 1992 to 1995, specializing in Accounting. Richard's education journey began at the Phillip Institute of Technology (now RMIT) in 1985, where they studied Business with a focus on Accounting until 1991.
