Joseph Franklin has been working in the IT industry since 2011. Joseph started their career as a Customer Service Executive at Firstsource in 2011 and later joined Care IT Solutions as a Customer Support Engineer in the same year. In 2015, they moved to Velan Info Services as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager & Senior IT Analyst at Intellectyx since 2021.
