The Pre-owned Condominium Renovation and Distribution segment is engaged in the purchase, renovation and sale of condominiums in the Tokyo metropolitan area, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba Prefectures. The Other Real Estate Business segment is engaged in the real estate related business such as the trading and leasing of buildings, detached houses and land lots, sales of small-lot real estate commercialization, as well as renovation interior contracting business.
