Learning And Development Specialist- Project Lead at Intellezy

Madeline Roth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Madeline began their career as a Food Service Worker at Divine Line Foods in 2013, followed by a role as a Food Server at Laney &Lu Café. In 2014, they worked as a Student Intern at Patrick Dorow Productions, where they gained experience in stage management, set-building, and advertising for productions.

In 2016, Madeline Roth served as a Social Media Intern at Guerrilla Broadway LLC, gaining skills in social media management. Madeline then worked at Aroma Joes as a Barista, where they had responsibilities such as making coffee, assisting with inventory, and training new employees.

Madeline Roth joined Salem State University in 2017 and held various positions. Madeline started as a Clippercard Office Assistant, where they made student ID cards, worked at new student orientations, and assisted with content creation for social media. Madeline then became a ClipperCard Office Student Supervisor, managing the calendar for the Associate Director and designing a training program for new student employees. Madeline Roth later became a Human Resources Administrative Aide, handling front desk duties, assisting with hiring paperwork for new employees, and organizing data scanning and filing.

Currently, Madeline Roth is working at Intellezy as a Learning and Development Specialist. Madeline'sresponsibilities include designing eLearning modules, developing and facilitating virtual training, filming video courses, and collaborating with the Learning & Development team to determine training plans and priorities.

Madeline Roth completed their high school education at Exeter High School from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a High School Diploma. After that, they enrolled at Salem State University and pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater, which they completed from 2016 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Madeline Roth also obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they completed Intellezy's 10 Week Leadership Program. Madeline also completed a course on Using Gender Inclusive Language provided by LinkedIn in May 2022. Lastly, they acquired certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in December 2022.
