Durba Mukherjee

Durba Mukherjee is a Senior Scientist at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., since July 2023, following a tenure as Senior Scientist Group Lead and Senior Scientist at Eurofins from May 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Florida State University from August 2016 to April 2022, focusing on the role of small molecule epigenetic drugs in conditioned taste aversion learning in rodents and associated sex differences. Additionally, Durba Mukherjee worked as a Research Assistant at Florida State University from March 2015 to February 2016, where expression vectors for chromatin remodelers were designed, and as a Project Assistant at the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology in 2013-2014, involved in the cloning and purification of Adipose Triglyceride Lipase. Durba Mukherjee holds a PhD in Neuroscience/Biology and an MS in Biological Science from Florida State University, a Master's degree in Microbiology from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Calcutta.
