Matt O’Neill

Matt O’Neill is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. since April 2023, Matt previously held the position of Manager, External Manufacturing at TCR² Therapeutics Inc., where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team and managing relationships with various drug substance CDMOs. Prior to that, as Supervisor of Clinical Supply Management at Biogen, Matt was instrumental in developing packaging and supply strategies for multiple clinical assets within the Rare Therapeutics area, ensuring uninterrupted patient supply across numerous Phase 3 studies globally. Matt's career began as a Supply Chain Analyst at Alpha Grainger Manufacturing, where production scheduling and client relations were key responsibilities. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Westfield State University.
