Andriy Kusen

Andriy Kusen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andriy started their career as a Sales Manager at GmD GmbH, where they focused on mineral trade and expanding the company's customer base. Later on, they joined BMC Group as a Project Head and successfully managed multiple large-scale projects in different countries within the mineral industry. Andriy then transitioned to ZBK KOMPLEKT LLC as the Director, where they oversaw the supply of reinforced concrete details for complex construction projects. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager at MK GROUP, leading construction projects related to transport and engineering infrastructure, including waste management. Andriy also owned CC YSHBK LLC, a company specializing in the construction, repair, and maintenance of roads.

In 2018, Andriy joined SoftServe as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple teams and projects simultaneously. Andriy was responsible for customer engagement, business development, and process improvement. Andriy worked closely with customers to deliver web, desktop, and mobile projects and implemented Agile practices.

Currently, Andriy holds the position of Head Of Unit / Senior Delivery Manager at Intellias. Andriy is responsible for business development, driving growth and revenue, and ensuring unit profitability. Andriy manages multiple projects simultaneously, including online banking, wealth management, mortgages, and lending platforms. Additionally, they served as an interim Country Head during their time with Intellias.

Andriy Kusen obtained their Master's degree in an unspecified field of study from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv from 2009 to 2015. In 2022, Andriy enrolled in Harvard Business School Online to study FinTech, where they are currently pursuing their education.
