Daria Riznyk

Daria Riznyk (Reznik) serves as the Talent Growth and Development Manager at Intellias since December 2020, where responsibilities include designing L&D roadmaps, managing competency frameworks, and improving assessment processes. Prior to this, Daria held the position of Corporate University Manager at Метинвест, focusing on leadership development and learning strategy, and successfully redesigned the leadership growth model for a workforce of 86,000. Daria's earlier experience with NIS a.d. Novi Sad included roles such as L&D Partner and Head of Training & Development, where significant achievements included the implementation of training plans and initiation of new educational programs in collaboration with local universities. Daria holds certifications from the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, alongside a specialist degree in Translation.
