Liudmyla Andersen

Liudmyla Andersen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managed services, application support, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Managed Services and Application Support Practice Leader at Intellias since November 2023, Liudmyla previously held various leadership roles at Ciklum from May 2008 to December 2023, including Director of Managed Services and Global Solutions Director for L1-L3 Support, SOC, and NOC managed services. Liudmyla successfully established and scaled a support center, focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, and co-founded UniAgent, specializing in concierge services and lifestyle management. Educational qualifications include certifications in Agile project management and leadership, complemented by a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law.
