Sarah Noršić

Sarah Noršić serves as the Employee Experience Lead at Intellias since October 2022, previously holding the position of HR Manager at Point Jupiter from April 2022 to September 2022, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and implementing employer branding activities. Prior to this, Sarah was a Regional HR Specialist and HR & Office Manager at APS Croatia, overseeing HR activities across multiple countries in the SEE region and managing various HR functions. Sarah's career began in administrative roles with Erste Bank Croatia while also gaining experience in hospitality through positions at Cape Resorts. Educationally, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Human Resources Specialist certification, both from the University of Rijeka.
