Tina Madaka (Lakshmi)

TINA (Lakshmi) Madaka is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Intellibee Inc since March 2017, TINA has developed a strong expertise in identifying and attracting top talent in the IT sector. Prior to this role, TINA worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at TechTammina LLC from February 2015 to February 2017 and gained customer service experience at IBM as a Customer Service Representative from September 2012 to October 2014. TINA holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Andhra University, completed between 2012 and 2014, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, obtained from 2009 to 2012.
