Anatoliy Kochnev

Anatoliy Kochnev is the CEO and Co-Founder of IntelliBoard. Anatoliy was previously the Training and Development Director at Terra Lingua USA from September 2009 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for staff training, designing the Student Management System, supervising the placement process, securing monthly reporting, and developing new opportunities.

From 2008 to 2009, Kochnev served as the Regional Director for PAX Program of Academic Exchange. In this role, they managed a team of coordinators located throughout the USA to place designated student quota and oversaw supervision of exchange visitors in the region. Anatoliy directly managed the more serious supervision cases, seeing them through to final resolution.

Kochnev has also served as a Moodle Consultant for several companies, including Jones & Bartlett Learning, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and AllRegs. In these roles, they provided support to educational teams, customized modules and cores, and supported 35 Moodle-based learning environments.

Anatoliy Kochnev has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Bukhara Technological Institute.
