Mary Leeper Watson

Mary Leeper Watson has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Mary has held various roles in both IntelliBridge and DELTA Resources Inc.

In IntelliBridge, Mary started as the Senior Director of Human Resources in October 2015. Mary then progressed to become the VP of HR and Talent Acquisition in March 2021. Their responsibilities in these roles included managing HR functions and leading talent acquisition efforts.

Prior to their time at IntelliBridge, Mary worked at DELTA Resources Inc. as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications from August 2007 to October 2015. In this role, they provided HR support and guidance to a staff of 280 employees, as well as assisted in the development and implementation of corporate programs. Mary also led teams in recruiting best practices, benefits administration, and career development.

Mary Leeper Watson holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and has completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Virginia. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in October 2015. Furthermore, Mary has a certification as SPHR from the HR Certification Institute, although the exact date of achievement is unknown.
