Lakshmanan R has extensive work experience in the field of hardware design and power electronics. Lakshmanan is currently employed as a Lead Hardware Design Engineer at Intellicar Telematics since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Staff Engineer at NXG power system india pvt ltd from August 2021 to September 2022. Lakshmanan also served as a Project Manager - Power Electronics at CET POWER SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED from December 2008 to July 2021. Lakshmanan began their career as a Customer Engineer at HCL Infosystems Ltd. in August 2005 and worked there until December 2008.

Lakshmanan R completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sree Sowdambika College of Engineering from 2001 to 2005. Lakshmanan then pursued a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Power Electronics and Drives at Anna University from 2009 to 2012.
