Shunmuga Krishnan Senthil Arumugam

Shunmuga Krishnan Senthil Arumugam has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Shunmuga Krishnan is currently the CTO & Co-Founder of Intellicar Telematics Pvt. Ltd., where they are focused on building a full-stack IoT solution for the future $100B EV ecosystem. Shunmuga's role involves developing an end-to-end platform for other companies to build on, with a focus on scalability and innovation.

In addition to their current role, Shunmuga is also the CTO & Co-Founder of Fabric IoT, a company that impacts the EV ecosystem by creating a SAAS model on top of the EV and IoT fabric. Fabric IoT offers a subscription-based microservices architecture and is dedicated to solving complex technical problems in the industry.

Previously, Shunmuga worked at Akamai Technologies as a Senior System Software Engineer. During their time there, they published a significant research paper on the impact of network performance on user engagement and ad conversion. Shunmuga Krishnan also developed prototypes to improve distributed compute infrastructure, resulting in a 20X performance improvement.

Before their role at Akamai, Shunmuga worked as a Software Engineer at Cisco, where they played a key role in implementing SNMP implementation in optical networking boxes. Shunmuga Krishnan was also responsible for integrating SNMPv3 stack with Cisco ONU's.

Shunmuga's career began at Hewlett-Packard, where they worked as a Software Engineer. In addition to maintaining and updating DHCP and DHCPv6 server and client code base for HP-UX servers, Shunmuga also led the development of TRICK, a precursor to GitHub's auto pilot, which significantly improved code-reuse and saved HP a significant amount of time.

Shunmuga Krishnan Senthil Arumugam's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Science at PSG College of Technology from 2002 to 2006.

From 2008 to 2010, Shunmuga Krishnan Senthil Arumugam attended the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), focusing on Machine Learning & Computer Vision during this time.

In terms of additional certifications, Shunmuga Krishnan Senthil Arumugam obtained certifications in Computing for Data Analysis from Coursera in October 2013, and in Machine Learning, also from Coursera, in July 2013.
