Dondi Black

Dondi Black serves as an Independent Director at Intellicheck since September 2022, where the focus is on identity validation solutions that enhance KYC compliance and reduce fraud. Previously, Dondi held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at TSYS from September 2021 to July 2025, driving organizational growth and overseeing a global product team to enhance payment solutions. Dondi's experience at FIS from July 2016 to September 2021 involved formulating global growth strategies across multiple financial sectors while providing market insights to product leaders. At First Horizon Bank, Dondi spent nearly two decades in various senior leadership roles, including SVP of Community Development and SVP of Consumer Deposit Products, where skills in market expansion and product management were developed. Dondi began a banking career at Leader Federal/Regions Bank as a Consumer Product Sales account officer. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Organizational Management from Bethel University and completion of the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
