Ronnie Carter

Ronnie Carter has extensive experience in law enforcement and consultancy, currently serving on the Board of Advisors for LH International Consultancy, Intellicheck Mobilisa, and Cellcrypt Ltd since June 2010, while also being the Vice President of AMERICAN SYSTEMS and the Owner of RACarter & Associates since 2009. From 1990 to 2009, Ronnie Carter held various leadership positions at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, including Acting Director and Special Agent in Charge, where significant initiatives targeting gun violence and organized crime were implemented. Ronnie Carter's background in political science was established at The Ohio State University and Ohio Northern University, providing a strong foundation for a career dedicated to advancing law enforcement strategies and training.
