Katrina R. Johnson-Smith, MS has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katrina R. is currently employed as the Director of Account Services at IntelliComp Technologies since May 2023, where they previously served as a Technical Account Manager from November 2022 to May 2023.

Prior to their current role, they worked at Reliable Technology Services Inc. as a Senior Account Manager from December 2016 to October 2022. Here, they were instrumental in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the newly implemented Account Management role within the company.

Before joining Reliable Technology Services Inc., Katrina worked as the CEO & Independent Marketing Consultant at KRS Agency from July 2013 to December 2016. The agency focused on providing tailored marketing solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Katrina R. also gained experience as an Account Executive at Millionaire Network for a brief period in July 2014, where they demonstrated their expertise in relationship development and secured new clients.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies at Grand Canyon University, graduating in 2018. In 2003, Katrina received an Associates degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University. Katrina R. completed their high school education at Bloom Trail High School, earning a General Studies degree between the years 1993 and 1997.
