Samantha Abergel

Samantha Abergel has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. Samantha began as an intern at BooklyBox, where they read and published reviews on books and engaged with members through social media. During their time there, they significantly increased the Facebook membership. In 2017, they interned at PageHabit. In 2016, Samantha joined Goldfish Swim School - Columbia as a Front Desk Representative, where they provided information to prospective customers, answered inquiries, and managed client enrollment documents. Samantha later joined Goldfish Swim School - Silver Spring as a Sales and Service Manager, where they established the front desk function and trained associates in sales and service. In 2020, Samantha started working at IntelliComp Technologies as a Client Success Manager and Client Account Manager. In these roles, they ensured client satisfaction through frequent communication and provided technology suggestions and solutions.

Samantha Abergel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Engineers and Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales from ConnectWise in October 2020.
