He has experience in broad areas of Information Technology in both Public and Private Sectors covering different industry segments. His emphasis has been to create value propositions to customers by providing Better Customer Satisfaction, ROI and On-time delivery. Over the years, Intelli ERP Software ("IES") is a leading IT services and solutions provider catering IT services and system integration services to both Public (Fed, State & Local, Higher Education, K12, Utilities) and Private sectors. Before Joining Intelli, Mr. Ramakant Singh was a co-founder of UST, Inc. and was responsible of the operations of the company. Under his leadership, company became strategic partner with SAP, Oracle and Microsoft. He was responsible for strategy, marketing, business development, and delivery of the services and solutions. He had worked with EDS, Dime Savings Bank, Tata Motors and General Electric.

Mr. Singh has been a Principal level Project Manager/Deployment Lead/ Functional Analyst/ Lead Technical Analyst with more than 30+ years of IT and 19+ years of ERP (SAP, Workday, etc.) Implementation experience. He is a Platinum SAP HCM Principal Integrator with extensive experience in the analysis, design, development and implementation of various application systems in the areas of Human Resources, Payroll, Financial, Student Life Cycle Management, Accounting (FI-CA/SLCM), Banking, Sales, Inventory, and MRP etc. for businesses and industries. He has extensive experience as SAP Project Lead/Integrator on numerous complex public sector integrations with track record of all Implementations being productive. Expert in all phases of SAP/Workday HR Implementation from Assessment, blueprint design, configuration & design to testing, QA reviews to actual production, postproduction support, troubleshoot operations to knowledge transfer, training and documentation. He has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from MNNIT, Allahabad (India), and Masters of Business Administration(MBA) from Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur (India).
