Ted Cadigan

Ted Cadigan has extensive work experience in the financial and mortgage industry. Ted most recently worked at Intellifi Corporation as the AVP & Managing Director, Account Management, Residential Services starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at CMLS Financial, including Managing Director, Risk and Change Management from May 2021 to February 2023, Managing Director, Residential Underwriting from April 2020 to May 2021, and Director, Residential Underwriting from March 2014 to April 2020. Before CMLS Financial, they were a Senior Manager, Credit Operations, Western Canada at Street Capital from April 2012 to March 2014, and a Director, Mortgage Originations at ResMor Trust Company from January 2010 to March 2012. Prior to that, they held senior managerial positions at CIBC Mortgages, including Senior Manager, Credit Adjudication Controls from March 2009 to January 2010, and Senior Manager, Originations, FirstLine Mortgages from November 2007 to March 2009 in Toronto, and from February 2004 to November 2007 in Vancouver.

Ted Cadigan attended Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a BA degree in Philosophy.
