Alyssa Colman

Alyssa Colman is a versatile professional with a diverse background in human resources, recruitment, and the creative arts. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Intelligence Federal since June 2022, Alyssa specializes in hiring legal staffing for federal government positions. Alyssa is also an award-winning author, known for works such as *THE GILDED GIRL* and *THE TARNISHED GARDEN*, with a forthcoming title set for 2025. Alyssa's previous experience includes nearly a decade at IAC in various HR roles, where key contributions involved policy development, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.
