Thomas Cooke has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Peter Rowlands from January 2010 to September 2014. In 2013, they worked for the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in the Food and Beverage Team, Set Ups Team, and Customer Service Team until August 2016.

In 2014, Thomas worked as an Administrative Assistant at MSN NETWORKS LIMITED. Thomas then founded their own eCommerce and Logistics company called Spaceless in April 2015, where they served as the Owner until June 2019. In this role, they focused on importing retail products, processing and packaging items, marketing campaigns, and managing eBay stores and WooCommerce.

Thomas joined IntelligenceBank in April 2015 as a Marketing Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Jnr. Customer Success Manager & Sales Operations Coordinator from July 2016 to May 2017. Thomas provided support to the New Business Sales team and Customer Success Team, performed data analytics tasks, and acted as a front-line customer support.

Continuing at IntelligenceBank, Thomas became a Customer Success Manager & Pre-Sales Engineer from May 2017 to June 2018. Thomas gathered client requirements, collaborated with the sales team to develop solutions, and contributed to sales and revenue growth. From June 2018 to November 2020, they took on the role of Implementation Lead, where they worked directly with clients to transform their processes and ensure successful software implementations.

Currently, Thomas Cooke is employed at IntelligenceBank as a Product Manager since December 2020. Thomas recently transitioned to the role of Product Integration Manager in July 2022.

Thomas Cooke attended RMIT University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business. Thomas then continued their education at RMIT University from 2015 to 2016 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In addition to their degrees, Thomas has also obtained several certifications. Thomas completed a course on Contracts from edX and another course on Cyberwar, Surveillance and Security Analysis, also from edX. Thomas further enhanced their knowledge by completing a course on Entrepreneurship and Family Business through Open2Study. Thomas also holds a Level 3 Hospitality Certificate from the National Authority.
