Xueting Kelly Kou has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Xueting Kelly started their career as an intern at China Merchants Bank, where they worked as an Assistant of Account Manager and VIP Lounge Receptionist. After that, Xueting worked as a Groomer Assistant and Customer Service representative at Pets R People 2.

Xueting then gained experience in the field of business analysis and team leadership during the Postgraduate Industry Experience Project at Monash University. Xueting Kelly later joined ShowMine Pty Ltd as a Customer Service and Platform Administrator.
