Mimi Ikonn is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in business and marketing. Currently a Partner at Intelligent Change and Co-Founder of Dreamers & Creators, a creative agency focused on marketing strategy for entrepreneurial ventures, Ikonn previously co-founded Luxy Hair, which transformed customer interactions in e-commerce before its sale to Beauty Industry Group in 2018. Early career roles include Fashion Stylist at La Mimi and Branch Ambassador at CIBC, where foundational skills in client relations and financial services were developed. Ikonn holds a certification in Image Consulting from George Brown College and a degree in International Business from Seneca Polytechnic.
