Martin Schaefer was appointed as Intelligent Energy’s Operations Director in July 2019.
Martin has held leadership roles in Operations Management for over 15 years in the Marine and Automotive sectors. Prior to this, Martin spent 10 years in Manufacturing Engineering management in a Tier 1 Automotive environment. Martin has previously held roles at Guidance Marine, Gibbs Technologies and NSK Steering Systems.
Martin holds a first class honours Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and an MBA in Manufacturing Management, both gained at Coventry University.
