Namita Naik

Namita Naik is a highly experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Engineering at PrismX and as a Solutions Architect at Intelligent Machines Lab, both since 2022. With a solid background in technical leadership, Naik previously held the role of Technical Team Lead at Genpact from 2018 to 2022, focusing on delivering quality technical solutions. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at RAGE Frameworks Inc. and as an IT System Analyst/Developer at UBS, where significant contributions were made to Java-based applications. Naik began a career in technology as a Research Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology and had an internship at UBS Investment Bank developing performance monitoring systems.
