Chris Mason

Chris Mason is the Director and Co-Founder of Intelligent People, with a focus on executive search for senior hires and interims in Product Management, Marketing, eCommerce, and Commercial Leadership across various regions, including the UK, EMEA, APAC, and North America. With a career spanning over two decades, Chris has worked with consumer and technology companies in multiple sectors such as retail, travel, financial services, and health tech. Prior to this role, Chris served as Sales Manager at Computer People, where responsibilities included team management and major account development, and as Sales Recruitment Consultant at Austin Benn, where consistent high performance in recruitment was achieved. Chris Mason holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 from Leeds Beckett University.
