Elena Hauerhof, PhD, is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading and mentoring teams within the B2B SaaS sector. Currently serving as a Founding Member and Ambassador for Women in Product UK, Elena is responsible for shaping the organization's mission and empowering women in product management. With prior roles including Head of Product at Sea and Pledge, Elena has focused on sustainable freight solutions and carbon emissions reduction. Previously, Elena contributed as Senior Product Manager at Lloyd's List Intelligence, where development of the Predictive Fleet Analytics platform was a key achievement, and as Principal Consultant at UMAS, overseeing strategic projects for diverse sectors. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MSc in Engineering from City, University of London.
