Sathish Poonath has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sathish started their career as a Software Trainee at Enmasse Pvt. Ltd. in 2000, where they gained valuable coding and debugging experience. Sathish then joined M-bytes Pty Ltd. in India as a Software Engineer, where they designed, developed, and tested software applications and websites. In 2002, Sathish became a Senior System Analyst at M-bytes Pty Ltd. in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, they led project teams, provided technical support to clients, and actively participated in meetings and discussions with clients to improve functionality. Sathish then joined IBISWorld Australia in 2008 as a Software Developer/Support, where they played a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing various software and web applications. In 2013, they transitioned to ChannelAdvisor as a Launch Manager and later became a Campaign Manager, responsible for managing complex digital campaigns and optimizing campaigns across various platforms. Since 2016, Sathish has been working at Intelligent Reach, first as a Senior Account Manager, where they handled account management for APAC customers and worked closely with the on-boarding team for successful customer integration. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Client Services, APAC, and will soon take on the role of Head of Customer Success, APAC.

Sathish Poonath obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from the University of Madras, from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) in January 2013 and Google adwords certified professional in March 2015.
