Chief Executive Officer at ISS - Intelligent Security Systems

Aluisio Figueiredo's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as a Software Analyst and Programmer at Tecnovia Informatica Ltda. In this role, they developed and deployed software modules and implemented product release strategies.

In 2000, Aluisio became an IT Manager, System Analyst, and Software Engineer at ACME Group's WeGuardYou Division. Aluisio led a team of software engineers in re-designing and developing a new version of the company's Security Management System Platform. Aluisio also integrated the Video Management System using Intelligent Security System (ISS) SecurOS VMS.

In 2003, Aluisio joined Intelligent Security Systems (ISS) as an IT Manager. Aluisio was responsible for creating a support team across three ISS offices and worked with customers such as IBM, Alcatel, and Siemens on project development and video network design.

Aluisio then progressed to become the Director of Operations responsible for building ISS's sales team and infrastructure in Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. Aluisio also played a key role in product roadmap discussions with the CTO of ISS Research and Development lab.

In 2009, Aluisio was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at ISS, where they managed worldwide operations, customer relationships, and expanded market share. Aluisio also built the company's structure for international expansion. And in 2015, Aluisio became the Chief Executive Officer of ISS.

Overall, Aluisio Figueiredo has gained extensive experience in global operations, international sales, business management, strategic planning, physical security, video management systems, and video analytics throughout their career in the security industry.

Aluisio Figueiredo completed their Bachelor of Computer Science (BS) in Machine Vision and Video Analytics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 1995 and 2000. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Business & Administration from Rutgers University - Newark, which they completed between 2008 and 2010.
