Neil Palmquist

Neil Palmquist is an experienced business operations and project management professional with over a decade of leadership roles in various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations and Project Manager at Intelligent Video Solutions since September 2014, Neil supports an A/V and software startup. As the Principal at Palmquist Consulting since October 2011, Neil offers construction management and business services to diverse clients. Previous experience includes operational support at Aspen Skiing Company, managing mixed-use real estate development at Joseph Freed and Associates, overseeing new construction at Mountain View Homes, and working as a Project Engineer at RA Nelson and Associates. Neil holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
