Marthe Lattinville-Pace

Marthe Lattinville-Pace has over 15 years of corporate leadership experience, including international executive roles in human resources. Marthe is the founder and head of MLP Coaching, LLC, where they serve as a Leadership Coach. In this role, they bring the latest research and techniques to the art and science of coaching.

Marthe has also held positions at Intelligent Waves LLC as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Madison Marquette, LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources, and the French International School - Lycée Rochambeau as the Director of Human Resources. At the French International School, they managed the school's transition in all areas of HR Management, including building a management team and updating HR/payroll systems and practices.

Furthermore, they have worked as an Executive HR Consultant for Gate Gourmet, GateGroup, a consultant for Tessada & Associates, Inc., and as the Executive Director of Human Resources & Administration at MLP HR Inc. Marthe has also held positions as an Executive HR Consultant at Arrowhead Global Solutions, Vice President of Human Resources at Artic Slope Regional Corporation Federal Holding & Subsidiaries ASRCFH, Greenbelt, MD, and Chief of Staff and Vice President of HR at Communication Technologies, Inc. (COMTek), Chantilly, VA.

Throughout their career, Marthe Lattinville-Pace has demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, human capital management, and the development and implementation of strategic HR programs. Marthe has also been involved in due diligence, acquisition, and compliance initiatives.

Marthe Lattinville-Pace has a degree in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, which they obtained in 2008. Marthe also holds an MBA in Human Resources from HEC Montréal. In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Myers Briggs (MBTI) from Myers Briggs (MBTI) Certification in the year 2011.
