Kristen Scatton

Kristen Scatton currently works as a Content Marketing specialist at Intelligent.

Kristen previously worked as an Admissions Coordinator at Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions, where they were responsible for writing, editing, and designing recruitment materials for the Creative Arts Therapies’ four graduate programs. Kristen also wrote and edited content for the departmental web pages, and managed the department’s LinkedIn group.

As the primary contact for prospects, applicants and newly enrolled students, Kristen communicated pertinent information verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and consistent manner.

Kristen also coordinated the admissions processes for three Master’s programs and one PhD program, assisting both applicants and faculty throughout the process. This included electronically filing all application materials; processing all admissions decisions, and tracking enrollment confirmations to ensure admissions goals are met.

Other administrative tasks Kristen handled included maintaining departmental social media accounts; annually revising the department’s program manuals; supervising work-study students; and handling registration and payment for professional conference attendance.

Kristen Scatton has a Master's Degree in Playwriting from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Theatre from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
