Lori Haughey

Lori Haughey has a strong background in the retail and restaurant industry. Lori joined Intelligentsia Coffee, Inc. in 2017 as the VP of Retail. Prior to that, they worked at Potbelly Sandwich Works for eight years, where they held various roles including VP Ops Services and Culinary, Market Manager, Director of Ops Services and Special Projects, and District Manager. Lori also worked as a Regional Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurants from 2003 to 2009, and as a General Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurants Inc from 1996 to 2003.

Lori Haughey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Michigan State University, graduating between the years 1986 and 1988.
