Lori Haughey

Lori Haughey has extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Lori began their career as a General Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurants Inc in 1996. Lori then moved on to Rock Bottom Restaurants as a Regional Manager in 2003 before joining Potbelly Sandwich Works in 2009. At Potbelly Sandwich Works, they held several roles including District Manager, Director of Ops Services and Special Projects, Market Manager, and finally served as VP Ops Services and Culinary from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Retail at Intelligentsia Coffee, Inc., which they have been in since 2017.

Lori Haughey completed their undergraduate studies from 1986 to 1988 at Michigan State University. Lori obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management during this time.
