Kateryna Fryk

Kateryna Fryk has held various roles in the professional world since 2008. Kateryna began their career at Mondelēz International, where they held the positions of Customer Service Specialist, Maketing and CI Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Catalyst Process Analyst, Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, and Catalyst project Subject Matter Expert, Order to Cash (OF). In 2018, they became a Researcher, content, copy and creative writer, and editor. In 2021, they joined Intelligo, where they currently serve as Research Team Lead, Senior Research Analyst, and Research Analyst.

Kateryna Fryk completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Kyiv Institute for the Humanities in 2007 and then went on to receive their Master's degree in the same field from the same institute in 2009. In 2023, they obtained a PBSA FCRA BASIC certification from PBSA.
