James Mennella

James Mennella has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. James began their career in 2000 as a Payroll Administrator for JCH Delta. In 2004, they worked as an HR College Assistant for Brooklyn College. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Recruiter for Thomson Financial. During this same time, they also worked as a Client Recruiting Specialist onsite(Allegis) at CA INC. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Front Office - Equities Technology Recruiter and a Client Recruiting Specialist onsite(Allegis) at UBS Investment Bank. James then worked as a Senior Recruiter for Goldman Sachs from 2011 to 2011. From 2011 to 2020, they worked as a Vice President - Recruiting Manager and a Front Office Recruiter via Allegis Group Services for JPMorgan Chase. James is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Intellihealth Inc.

James Mennella obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Political Science from Brooklyn College in 2005. James also attended The George Washington University and Stuyvesant High School, though they did not obtain any degrees from either institution. In June 2019, they were certified as a LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification.
