Judy Blades

Judy Blades has been working in the health and wellness field since 2009. Judy began their career as a Community Health and Nutrition Educator at Cornell University Cooperative Extension NYC, where they led health, nutrition, and budgeting workshops for low-income adults and children throughout Brooklyn, New York. In 2013, they joined JIB MEDICAL P.C. as a Health Coach & Wellness Program Manager. In this role, they provided expertise in health and wellness coaching and developed and administered wellness programs. Judy was also the Manager of JIB Medical's Weight Management Program, LightenUp! Judy's contributions included influencing the design and launch of the LightenUp! weight management program and leading life changing hands-on engaging workshops and events. In 2021, they joined Intellihealth as a Certified Health Coach and Wellness Program Coordinator.

Judy Blades received their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Baruch College - CUNY in 2008, with a major in Marketing Management & Psychology. Judy then attended Cornell University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a CERTIFICATION in COMMUNITY HEALTH AND NUTRITION EDUCATOR.
