Venky Surya

Venky Surya has over 18 years of experience in the technology field. Venky began their career in 2002 as a Technical Lead at Visa. In 2003, they moved to HCL Technologies Ltd as a Technical Manager. In 2005, they joined Infosys Technologies as a Manager and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2008. In 2010, they began working at PayPal as a Senior Program Manager and was promoted to Head of Retail Partner Engineering. In 2015, they moved to Akamai Technologies as Head of LUNA Portal Infrastructure & Identity Management. In 2016, they joined Grand Rounds, Inc. as Senior Director of Engineering. In 2018, they took a sabbatical at SuryaLabs before joining drchrono as Chief Product & Tech Officer. In 2020, they joined Intellihealth as Chief Product & Technology Officer and Shift Health, Inc. as an Advisor.

Venky Surya received their MBA from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli in 2003, specializing in General Business Administration. Venky also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, which they obtained in 1998 and specialized in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Venky Surya is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.
