Anna Nowell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Anna currently works at intelliHR as a Customer Success Manager, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, Anna worked at THG Ingenuity, where they held various positions. From January 2022 to October 2022, they were an Operational Excellence Manager. Before that, they served as a Sales Excellence Manager from January 2021 to January 2022, and as a Sales Support Associate from August 2020 to January 2021. Anna's earlier work experience includes roles at PH Property Holdings Ltd, where they worked as a Sales Negotiator from January 2018 to August 2020, and as a Sales Assistant from February 2017 to December 2017.

Anna Nowell attended Ellesmere College from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a GCSE & A Level degree. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In July 2013, they obtained a Powerboat Handling Level 2 certification from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). In August 2016, they became a certified Sailing Instructor, also from the RYA. In March 2017, they achieved the Gold Duke of Edinburgh certification from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award institution.
