Mellisa Ooi

Mellisa Ooi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mellisa is currently employed as a Product Marketing Manager at intelliHR, a Humanforce company since July 2022. Additionally, they serve as a Mentor at adplist.org, a global community connecting mentors and learners. Mellisa is a Member of the Product Marketing Alliance, which provides online resources and support for product marketers.

Prior to their current positions, Mellisa worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Compono from August 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager at Fluke Australia from November 2020 to July 2021 and December 2018 to November 2020, respectively.

Mellisa's earlier experiences include working at SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC as an Offer Marketing Manager from 2016 to 2018, and as a Product Manager - Low End Control from 2011 to 2016. Mellisa was also employed at ABB Holdings Sdn Bhd as a Sales Application Engineer from 2009 to 2011 and at ABB Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an Automation Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Their career began at PSI Incontrol Sdn. Bhd., where they worked as a Systems Engineer from 2005 to 2007, specializing in power system protection and automation.

Mellisa Ooi pursued their education at Multimedia University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (hons) degree. Their major was Electronics, with a specialization in Multimedia. Later, in 2008, Mellisa enrolled at Open University Malaysia and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing, completing their studies in 2010. In addition, Mellisa obtained a certification in Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in July 2021.
