Sajeeva Perera

Sajeeva Perera serves as the General Manager - Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Risk and General Counsel at Intellihub Group since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Transurban from September 2015 to March 2023, and as Senior Associate and Associate in the Infrastructure, Projects and Finance team at Minter Ellison from February 2011 to September 2015. Sajeeva started as an Associate in Banking and Finance at Baker & McKenzie from February 2008 to December 2010, and previously worked as a Policy Intern in the Resources and Infrastructure branch at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic) in late 2006. Sajeeva holds a Masters of Applied Finance with a focus on Corporate Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Monash University, complemented by a Victorian Certificate of Education from Xavier College.
