Paul Bourne

Paul Bourne has worked in the real estate and mortgage industry since 2003. Paul began their career at Indymac Bank as Vice President of Sales, where they managed the Subprime Retail Loan Production group. In 2005, they moved to Metropolitan Home Mortgage as Vice President of Sales, where they were in charge of two Prime Sales teams. From 2008 to 2012, they were a RE Broker/Investor at Better Neighborhoods Inc., personally selling over 200 homes in four years. In 2017, they worked as Sales Manager at American Advisors Group. Paul then returned to Intelliloan in 2019 as Sales Manager, managing a team of 10-12 loan officers.

Paul Bourne attended UC Irvine from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Economics.
