Anna Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna started their career as a Sales Leader at The Buckle, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and driving business goals. Anna then transitioned to roles in the healthcare industry, first as an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator at Mayo Clinic, where they managed data integrity and compliance for multiple clinical trials. Anna later became a Revenue Analyst II, where they specialized in clinical trial reimbursement and collaborated with the clinical trial team on finance and coding policies. Anna then moved to Ecolab as a Financial Analyst, where they supported global procurement projects and drove cost-saving opportunities. Following their time at Ecolab, they joined Phoenix Children's Hospital as a Strategic Planning Analyst, contributing to large enterprise development projects and providing analytics and competitor analysis. Most recently, Anna is working at Intellimed as the Director of Customer Service and Operations, utilizing their expertise in analytics and consulting to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
